I directed $1B in legacy portfolio divestments, executed a $100M UK circular chemicals investment, and led the $500M divestment of a methanol derivatives company. Previously, as CEO of Egyptian Resorts Company, I transformed a listed real estate developer, delivering 15× residential sales growth and a 3× share price increase while leading 600 employees.
At Ahly Capital, I oversaw $1B AUM and co-developed a $1.8B polyethylene plant, including $1.25B in project financing. Earlier, I led HC Securities & Investment's investment banking division, advised on more than 200 M&A and restructuring transactions, and grew M&A advisory market share from 25% to 50%.
