I build production PHP and Laravel platforms for public-sector, SaaS, and business-critical operations. At Punjab Information Technology Board, I own backend architecture through production delivery, including APIs, data models, security, integrations, reporting, and reliability.

As the sole developer of the AZAG Housing Registration platform, I delivered a Laravel/MySQL system supporting more than 450,000 registered applications. I integrated NADRA and PMD APIs, built queue-based verification workflows, and optimized dashboard and statistics queries.

I also built CATI Centralized SSO, replacing three separate logins with encrypted token-based authentication and centralized roles and permissions. For an operations and billing platform, I led development across billing, inventory, restaurant operations, HR, attendance, mobile workflows, payments, notifications, and thermal printing.

At Firesouls, I delivered Laravel SaaS features, designed queue-based workflows, improved Redis caching, and reduced critical MySQL workflow response times by up to 40%. I also implemented GitHub Actions CI/CD, PHPUnit tests, code reviews, and remote collaboration with engineering and product stakeholders.
