What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality and release management where automation is treated as a delivery gate, performance is measured on every release, and I can build strong QA practice while mentoring others.

At Tixserve, I own quality and release management for a multi-tenant digital ticketing platform spanning a Node/TypeScript backend, web portals, and iOS and Android apps. I built the QA function, process, and automation stack from nothing, including contract tests that gate merges, a 350-test Cypress E2E suite, and per-release performance testing.

I've led QA across Tixserve, QAD, MOO Print, Hostelbookers, Hostelworld, and Mindleaders, combining automation, release coordination, security testing, and mentoring. My work has caught backend contract breaks before merge and helped halve AWS infrastructure costs over six months.
