What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine educational support and administrative strengths—helping students succeed through individualized assistance and strong communication, while keeping operations organized, responsive, and people-focused.

I bring strong experience in both administrative operations and educational support. As a Manager’s Assistant, I handled client communications, sales, inventory coordination, and administrative tasks to keep daily business operations running smoothly.

More recently, as a Paraeducator, I supported special education students in academic, behavioral, and social development by adapting classroom materials, providing individualized one-on-one assistance, and collaborating with head teachers to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). I also monitored student progress and maintained accurate records of performance and attendance, with a focus on student success and positive collaboration.
