What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role in education or client services where I can use my bilingual classroom support, assessment experience, and organizational skills to help diverse learners and contribute to a collaborative team.

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) instructional assistant and customer-service professional with broad experience supporting classroom instruction, student assessment (Star 360, ELPAC, CAASPP), and independent-living education for people with disabilities. I bring strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations in fast-paced educational and client-facing environments.

I have formal training in Early Childhood Education and a B.S. in Business Management, plus certification in Computer Application and Office Technology. I am reliable, patient, and results-driven—adept at one-on-one and small-group instruction, test administration, documentation, and office duties—seeking to contribute positive energy and practical classroom support to an education-or business, and customer service focused team.
