What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity in commerce where I can apply my finance, accounting, marketing, management, communication, and problem-solving skills, contribute to organizational growth, and continue expanding my knowledge and experience.

At Collection Africa Limited, I managed client relationships, monitored portfolio performance, and developed tailored recovery strategies using written demands, calls, SMS, email, and site visits.

I coordinated with debt collectors, field agents, call center teams, skip tracers, IT, and operations to improve account handling. I also prepared client status reports, identified service-expansion opportunities, and ensured collections complied with legal and internal standards.

Earlier, as an attachee at Collection Africa Limited, I handled invoicing, accounting records, petty cash and bank reconciliations, cheque writing, document filing, and statutory filings including NSSF, NHIF, NITA, HELB, PAYE, and VAT.

I'm building on my Bachelor of Commerce education in finance, accounting, marketing, and management, with a strong interest in contributing to organizational growth while continuously expanding my knowledge and skills.
