I've led K-12 STEM curriculum, assessment, and academic delivery at PhysX, MIPT Online School, and the Physics & Mathematics School at Bauman University. My work spans mathematics and physics programs, instructional materials, entrance examinations, and structured learning pathways for school-age students.
At MIPT Online School, I managed online STEM programs serving 60–120 students per session and redesigned recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, workload allocation, and compensation. This increased support efficiency sixfold, reduced student wait times from up to 90 minutes to 15–20 minutes, and cut the budget by 20%.
I've also founded intensive STEM programs, led instructors and teaching assistants, authored competition mathematics problems, and used enrollment, retention, workload, and learner-performance data to strengthen program delivery.
