Owned the overall HSEQ function and led the business transition from high-risk to low-risk accreditation for the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) WHS accreditation. Integrated an online safety management system (Safety Pal), and led the transition from AS 4801:2001 to ISO 45001:2018 12 months ahead of target.

Developed and maintained the SH&E management system using internal audit outcomes and analysis, including maintaining SitePass contractor management and the IRIS electronic incident/hazard reporting system. Conducted internal audits and produced audit and assurance reports, supported legislative review monitoring, and delivered monthly local and global SH&E reporting and internal training packages

Supported the SHEQ, HR, and Training team by facilitating new employee inductions and coordinating compliance training. Conducted in-depth SHEQ audits across metro and regional sites and assisted with recruitment activities.

Assisted the WHS & HR Manager across recruitment, inductions, performance management, incident management, training, WHS record maintenance, and site inspections. Supported WHS governance activities for a commercial structural steel contractor.
