What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help students achieve measurable academic growth through individualized mathematics instruction, test preparation, assessment, and family partnership while supporting strong learning-center operations.

I'm an education leader with 15+ years of experience in math instruction, currently serving as Assistant Center Director at Mathnasium, where I oversee daily learning center operations from student intake through enrollment and retention. I conduct academic assessments, build individualized learning plans, and train and supervise instructional staff on educational standards and best practices — while also consulting directly with families on academic goals and program strategy.

My path into leadership was built on a strong instructional foundation: over a decade of tutoring and test prep (SAT, ACT, ISEE, SSAT, GRE), teaching experience ranging from elementary math through calculus, statistics, and linear algebra, and time as an instructor and teaching assistant at the University of Delaware. That classroom depth is what lets me train staff effectively and make informed operational decisions — I know what good instruction looks like because I've delivered it myself.

I also bring a data-driven perspective to education management, developed in part through a role as a Senior Pricing Analyst, where I applied structured assessment-and-communication skills to a business context. I hold a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences (Magna Cum Laude) from Kean University and completed graduate studies in Applied Mathematics at the University of Delaware.

I'm now looking for roles in education leadership — center director, program management, curriculum or operations leadership — where I can build on what I'm doing at Mathnasium: leading teams, shaping how instruction is delivered, and driving outcomes at a program level rather than solely one-on-one.
