At Augur Consulting, I create and defend five-year cost estimates for $1B+ DoD programs supporting Army IT, cyber systems, and Foreign Military Sales.

I track and visualize $100M+ in invoices, develop Independent Government Cost Estimates, and turn complex financial and technical data into courses of action for leadership. My recommendations helped reduce backlogged invoices by 95%, work I presented to the American Society of Military Comptrollers.

I also build practical systems, including an automated company-wide expense-report workflow and an internal relational database for employee and contract information. I lead small teams, develop requirements traceability matrices, perform uncertainty analysis and Monte Carlo simulations, and improve cost-estimating documentation and practices.

Earlier at Epic Systems, I led software upgrades and transitions for multi-hospital systems, improved electronic medical record software, and resolved mission-critical issues while working closely with customers, analysts, and executive stakeholders.
