At Teleperformance UK, I build and maintain Power BI and client-facing reports for a major UK contract, supporting stakeholders from team leaders to directors. I combined nine Excel reports into an automated reporting pipeline, reducing daily reporting time from 3–4 hours to 30–45 minutes.
I also develop Python ETL scripts for Microsoft Fabric lakehouses, reducing daily file sizes by up to 99% without data loss. I optimise DAX, data models and queries, and introduced pre-distribution validation that improved cross-system accuracy and helped prevent estimated contractual penalties.
At Karro Food Group, I owned the Power BI model and delivered weekly and month-end sales and margin reporting to the CFO, COO and business owner. My SKU-level pricing and margin analysis identified pricing inconsistencies across retailer ship-to locations.
At eComplete Growth Ltd, I built Power BI dashboards for business and client P&L and staff utilisation. I automated data refreshes with Power Automate and created master-data and reconciliation tools for Finance.
