At Telemax, I transformed a fragile vehicle-tracking monolith into cloud-native microservices on Azure, migrating incrementally without disrupting the business. The platform processes real-time telemetry from more than 20,000 vehicles.
I built a streaming pipeline with Kafka, Redis and Kubernetes, and designed data storage across PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB and MS SQL Server. I also delivered live fleet maps used by more than 200 customer fleets.
I grew from sole developer to tech lead of five engineers, introducing code review, engineering standards and onboarding while owning production stability. I now consult for Telemax on the vehicle-tracking platform and build personal software projects.
