At EPAM Systems, I became one of the lead engineers on TVH’s global contact center platform, supporting agents across 50+ countries. I built and maintained Twilio services, integrated Salesforce APIs, and shipped a standalone customer-facing chat widget.

I also founded Influxial and built its live AI content strategy SaaS end-to-end, from the Next.js and Supabase application to OpenAI-powered recommendations and subscription billing. At Oracle, I delivered enterprise tools and frontend features for Demo Services and Oracle Luna.
