At a major sportswear retailer, I worked on an AWS networking migration across 1,000+ accounts, helping eliminate duplicate infrastructure and cut costs in half. I also cleaned up networking and IAM data and fixed edge cases in a legacy service catalog, reducing request processing from 1–2 days to 5 minutes.

At Axel Springer, I built and maintained the backend pipeline and infrastructure for the DYN streaming platform, then handed it over to the in-house team after launch. Earlier, I built offline data caching for field IoT devices at XPAI / Avantgarde and AWS infrastructure for Spotcap’s SaaS product, which reached EUR 7,500 in monthly recurring revenue.
