At PolicyFly, I lead the solutions engineering team and serve on the company leadership team. I translate customer data and workflow requirements into technical plans, prototypes, and deployed features; supported initiatives collectively reduced program implementation from multiple months to several days and request resolution from weeks to one day.
At UCLA, I researched decision confidence, learning, and behavior under uncertainty, carrying studies from hypotheses through analysis and publication. My work included developing behavioral testing algorithms and advancing generalized linear modeling, and I published research in Nature Communications and eLife. I also conducted a simulation study of hiring strategy design that found similarity-based targeting amplified bias in the simulation.
