Message

At Foursquare, I migrated production Airflow 2 to Airflow 3 on Astronomer, resolving compatibility, scheduling, and rollout issues. I also optimized AWS EMR Serverless workloads through executor tuning, concurrency management, and capacity planning.

I built Grafana dashboards with CloudWatch metrics for resource monitoring and incident investigation, and troubleshot production issues across Airflow, Spark, Kafka, and S3/IAM during PagerDuty on-call rotations. I also maintained GDPR privacy workflows for data deletion, suppression, retention, and portability.

At KLM, I built and maintained data pipelines supporting aircraft spare-part cost calculations across maintenance hangars. I also developed backend APIs for aircraft-parts and supply-chain workflows, working with containerized services on Kubernetes.

Earlier, I developed Kotlin software for the BUX Zero fintech application and maintained Java/Kotlin SDKs and messaging features at Actor Messaging Platform. My experience also includes distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and end-to-end encryption.
