I’m an AI Governance & Privacy Professional with over 10+ years of experience developing and operationalizing responsible AI frameworks across financial, legal, and technology sectors. I align AI strategy with regulatory obligations such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles.

At Alpha Sol LLC, I spearheaded an enterprise-wide AI Governance Framework and Responsible AI Policy, building workflows for AI risk management and compliance automation (including DPIAs, PIAs, and algorithmic risk assessments) to improve audit readiness by 82%. I also partner with legal and compliance teams to pilot AI automation for contract review, document triage, and regulatory monitoring, reducing manual workload by 75%.

I’ve led the evaluation and deployment of Generative AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, and Agentspace to streamline document analysis and client service. I also developed and delivered AI literacy and ethical AI training for management and compliance professionals.

Earlier, as Managing Partner at Wodi and Wodi, I drafted and enforced AI-use policies, privacy notices, and governance SOPs aligned with global regulatory standards, and led LegalTech + RPA initiatives supporting 98.7% client satisfaction. During my role at the Central Bank of Nigeria, I led AI readiness and compliance initiatives for financial operations, negotiated outcomes that saved €2.4M, and provided advisory input that prevented enforcement of a $9.6B judgment—while authoring privacy frameworks adopted across business units.
