I am a senior product and regulatory counsel with deep experience advising executive leadership and engineering teams on AI governance, cybersecurity law, and cloud compliance strategy. I have led AI and privacy impact assessments, embedded responsible AI principles into product lifecycles, and translated complex regulatory regimes such as the EU AI Act, NIST, and ISO 27001 into practical business policies.

I have negotiated technology, OEM, and data privacy agreements, supported enterprise SaaS compliance across ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR, and driven privacy-by-design and zero trust alignment with product and security teams. I also develop training and guidance for compliance teams, conduct third-party risk assessments and due diligence during integrations, and spearhead incident response playbooks to ensure consistent regulatory communication.
