I'm currently building structured production reporting and process improvements at SAPIN S.p.A. in Italy. I mapped workflows across Tessitura and Gommatura, created a multi-year Excel production-planning workbook, and introduced complaints and non-conformance tracking with KPI dashboards.

Before relocating to Italy, I managed the commercial side of technical building-services projects at UNDKRAUSS AG, ROM Technik GmbH, and Apleona Wolfferts GmbH. My work covered cost estimation, budget-versus-actual analysis, liquidity planning, final invoicing, supplier invoices, subcontractor management, and contractual amendments.

At Apleona Wolfferts, I handled projects through final invoicing, including the Edge Tower Berlin project with approximately €17M in contract volume for HVAC and sanitary systems. At ROM Technik, I represented cost management for the IPA Project BAM GBD 149 and built consolidated reporting across project partners.

I'm trilingual in German, English, and Italian, and I bring hands-on experience collaborating across German and Italian business environments. I'm open to remote and international opportunities across European and US time zones.
