What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead mission-critical projects and operations where I can build scalable processes, align cross-functional teams, improve execution, and deliver results in complex, high-stakes environments.

I'm leading a $3.2M data center infrastructure project at R.H. Moore, managing construction and renovation work from preconstruction through closeout. I coordinate field teams, procurement, scheduling, quality control, and stakeholder communication across campus operations.

I also support a $10M+ highway widening project and built the company’s first lessons-learned library, project dashboard, and standardized planning framework. These tools improve continuity, efficiency, and execution across active projects.

Before entering civilian construction, I spent 13 years in the United States Marine Corps leading complex aviation operations, deployments, and cross-functional teams. I coordinated 40+ deployments and training operations, developed operational frameworks used in NATO exercises, and led quality assurance and maintenance teams in demanding environments.
