What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to build PPP transaction advisory in the UAE and wider MEA region.

At KPMG Advisory, I support project managers of regional healthcare units with reporting on PNRR-funded digitalisation investments in Emergency and Admissions Departments, monitoring and resolving issues to keep execution aligned with PNRR targets. As a self-employed Senior Advisor, I advise public and private corporate clients on M&A, strategy, international projects, project finance and business transformation.

At Arup, I led the infrastructure Transaction Advisory team on buy- and sell-side due diligence across airports, rail, motorways, gas distribution and social infrastructure PPPs. My work included lenders' technical advisory on the Pedemontana Lombarda motorway concession, as well as reviewing concession mechanisms, risk allocation, business plans and whole-life and handback requirements.

Earlier, at Mott MacDonald, I delivered PPP due diligence and commercial advisory, reviewed procurement plans and monitored O&M performance against long-term debt-service obligations. I also bring operator-side experience from Aeroporti di Roma and advisory work at Arthur D. Little and Formez P.A.; I hold an MBA from Chicago Booth and am seeking to build PPP transaction advisory in the UAE and wider MEA region.
