At Pakistan Petroleum Limited, I lead digital transformation and AI automation initiatives, including Power Automate workflows and custom Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for approvals, queries, and user support. I also develop API-integrated Power Platform apps and help advance Microsoft 365 governance and compliance.
I designed and implemented an AI-enabled medical claims application, and a secure SharePoint Online intranet with automated content workflows and Copilot-assisted support. Earlier, at Aga Khan University Hospital, I developed SharePoint applications and portals, supported migrations, and delivered custom ASP.NET and SQL solutions.
