I troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and IP devices, and provide on-site and remote support for end-user systems, hardware, software, and printers.
Previously, as an Associate Infrastructure Engineer at RNR INFOCOM, I configured and installed network equipment for client sites and resolved connectivity incidents through on-site and remote support.
