What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my Tier 2/3 support and Windows infrastructure experience in a role involving complex troubleshooting, critical incident resolution, infrastructure operations, and continued growth in Azure.

I've spent more than 20 years at Häfele Argentina delivering advanced Tier 2/3 support for 200+ users and devices across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, networking, printers, and business applications.

I administer Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Exchange, remote access, backups, and infrastructure monitoring while staying hands-on with incident resolution. During a global ransomware event, I coordinated a three-week local infrastructure rebuild with Dell US forensic teams and applied structured root-cause analysis under pressure.

I'm currently expanding my Azure knowledge and building three small AI-assisted applications with ChatGPT and Claude through iterative requirements, testing, debugging, and workflow refinement.
