@aleksandrvoronka
Statistical programmer/biostatistician specializing in SDTM, ADaM, TLFs with SAS, R, and data-analysis expertise.
What I'm looking for
I am a statistical programmer and biostatistician with four years of experience in clinical research, skilled in developing and verifying SDTM, ADaM, and TLF datasets to CDISC standards using SAS, R, SQL and supporting tools like Git. At Parexel I handle the full data cycle from raw data and protocol to SDTM/ADaM creation, TLF planning, documentation (aCRF, SDTM Spec, ADaM Spec), pipeline automation and repository maintenance, and I frequently act as backup team lead coordinating tasks and resolving complex errors.
Alongside industry work, I am a junior research assistant at Baltic Federal University in bioinformatics and mathematical modeling, using Python and R for analysis, visualization and academic projects while supervising a student research group. I pursue continuous professional growth through participation in Parexel studies, scientific activities, and training to deepen my data analysis and statistical standards expertise.
