Coordinated project activities aimed at strengthening institutional openness, transparency, accountability and citizen participation at local level. Supported baseline assessments and contributed to the development of recommendations for improving municipal openness and participatory practices.

Coordinated the technical, operational and financial implementation of EU/Council of Europe cooperation projects on freedom of expression and media freedom in North Macedonia. Managed the full project cycle, including work planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Served as a Legal Expert within FRANET, the multidisciplinary research network of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), conducting legal and policy research on fundamental rights developments in North Macedonia. Supported the Legal Analyst of the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission through legal research and analysis of the electoral and broader legal framework. Monitored legal and electoral developments and prepared summaries and analyses of court decisions and legislation.

Coordinated the planning and implementation of projects within the South East European Law School Network, a regional academic network connecting law faculties across South East Europe. Managed project work plans, timelines and deliverables, and coordinated communication with network members and stakeholders.

Led the Balkans Regional Rule of Law Network (BRRLN), overseeing its programme implementation, governance and regional coordination. Supported the Assembly and Governing Board, and led fundraising and donor engagement.

Designed and facilitated regional peacebuilding trainings and workshops addressing reconciliation, dealing with the past, nonviolent conflict transformation, discrimination, gender equality and team building. Contributed to the design and implementation of regional peacebuilding and reconciliation initiatives.
