What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote QA/Automation role where I can stay hands-on technically, work on a strong product, and keep growing. I value a good team, clear communication, ownership, and the chance to contribute beyond just writing test cases.

At Grid Dynamics, I build and maintain mobile automation from the ground up for iOS and Android using Java, Spring, Appium, TestNG, and Gradle.

I own QA across release cycles, from test planning and regression coverage to release readiness and production validation. I run automated suites through GitHub Actions and BrowserStack, investigate mobile issues with Charles Proxy, Proxyman, Android Logcat, and Xcode Console, and validate APIs and data with REST Assured, Postman, and SQL.

I lead 8 QA engineers, directly manage 6, and set QA standards as a QA Specialization Lead. I also mentor teammates, support onboarding and hiring, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve quality strategy.
