I’m a highly accomplished Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 8+ years of testing, defect management, and full life-cycle quality assurance (QA). I bring proven expertise in Manual Testing and 1 year of hands-on Web Automation to improve reliability, efficiency, and regression coverage.

In my current role (MAY 2022 - Present), I develop, implement, and maintain robust web automation using WebDriver, Java, and TestNG. I focus on maximizing efficiency and improving regression coverage for complex web applications while supporting development teams through Agile workflows.

I collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and user stories, then design and prioritize test cases based on risk, complexity, and business impact. I also conduct usability testing and compatibility testing across mobile devices, screen sizes, resolutions, and operating system versions (iOS/Android) to ensure intuitive, consistent experiences.

Previously, I initiated and piloted an automation suite for critical website flows using Selenium WebDriver with Java and TestNG. I used CSS Selectors and XPath for resilient element locators, automated interactions with complex HTML elements, generated actionable TestNG reports for stakeholders, and performed regression testing to protect existing functionality after releases.
