I've led end-to-end audiovisual productions for Dynamo/Netflix, Prime Video, Angel Studios, and major brands, managing budgets, teams, vendors, and operational logistics from planning through final delivery.

As Art Department Production Manager on One Hundred Years of Solitude, I managed resources across eight department areas and completed Seasons 1 and 2 within the approved Art Department budget while meeting financial and operational objectives.

Across films including Alina of Cuba, Aurora, and El Amparo, I've overseen production budgets, negotiated with crew and vendors, and partnered with producers and assistant directors to deliver demanding shooting schedules. On El Amparo, I engaged the local community to support catering, accommodation, and logistics while optimizing limited resources.

I've also produced commercial and branded-content campaigns for clients including Coca-Cola, Toyota, Ford, Bancolombia, and Bavaria. I bring 18+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams, financial controls, stakeholders, and field operations in deadline-driven environments.
