What I'm looking for

I’m looking for exciting new projects and learning—especially in Ansible automation and Linux administration. I want to automate tasks to avoid human errors, strengthen compliance and runtime protection, and help customers adopt new SRE/DevSecOps capabilities.

I’m a Cloud Security Engineer (CSE) focused on guiding customers to use, configure, and customize Prisma Cloud/Cortex Cloud to detect CVEs, compliance issues, and runtime protection. I troubleshoot and follow up incidents to correct tenant misconﬁgurations, and I onboard Docker, Kubernetes clusters, and Linux/Windows VMs to the Prisma/Cortex dashboard to tune vulnerabilities, compliance, and runtime alerts.

I bring strong automation and operational reliability through Python/Ansible and Terraform, including onboarding defenders across Kubernetes clusters and automatically starting defenders. Previously, I led DevOps/DevSecOps and middleware administration—building BASH/HealthCheck and auto-healing monitors with Jenkins/GitLab—and as Middleware Manager I delivered major upgrade outcomes (including a Sterling B2B Integrator upgrade that saved around 4 million MXN) while coordinating ITIL change and incident workflows.

Guided customers on configuring Prisma Cloud/Cortex Cloud to detect CVEs and compliance issues, and supported runtime protection onboarding for Docker, Kubernetes, and VMs (Linux/Windows) through dashboards and alerting. Developed Python/Ansible/Terraform automations to onboard Defenders and start runtime monitoring, and handled troubleshooting with incident follow-ups.
