At PayPal, I implemented financial features in the iOS app, including Savings, Balance, Direct Deposit, Check Capture, Cash In, and Smart Route. Together, these features supported $700M in combined TPV for 800k active users.
I used Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI to develop accessible features with analytics instrumentation and experimentation frameworks. I also refactored Savings to improve loading time by 20 to 30%, and completed a rewrite of two production modules in four months against an initial seven-month estimate using Claude Code as a coding agent.
At Ericsson Guatemala, I provided operational support for BSCS billing and Order Care order-management platforms serving telecom carriers across Latin America and the Caribbean. My work included investigating service-order failures linked to Oracle database inconsistencies and supporting billing operations for Claro Colombia.
