At Jalasoft, I designed and executed manual test cases for video and audio quality, chat, generated reports, and face recognition features across browsers and configurations. I also carried out exploratory, usability, regression, and smoke testing.
I validated API responses with Postman and documented defects in Jira with reproducible steps and evidence. My testing also covered mobile apps on iOS and Android, international payment channels, and end-to-end checkout flows.
During the Software Quality Assurance Boot camp at Jala University, I used SQL to validate end-to-end processes and tested localization across Windows and Linux. At Bancoldex, I troubleshot internal-tool issues and presented work productivity insights to stakeholders.
