Alejandra Vargas

I’m an MBA graduate and Biomedical Engineer with experience solving complex operational challenges in healthcare through analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement. I’ve earned honors and made the Dean's List at City University of Seattle while continuing to build my business and data capabilities.

In my Biomedical Engineer role (2019–2020) at Clínica Cardiovascular Navarra, I analyzed equipment performance and maintenance data to support operational efficiency and minimize downtime. I coordinated preventive and corrective maintenance, collaborated with physicians, surgeons, and vendors to resolve high-priority technical issues, and supported procurement decisions through technical assessments and cost-benefit considerations.

I’m recognized for quickly learning new technologies, communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences, and delivering practical, data-driven solutions in fast-paced environments. I’m especially interested in applying artificial intelligence to improve organizational efficiency, create meaningful impact in mission-driven organizations, and empower teams through innovation and knowledge sharing.
