I’m looking for a remote position where I can apply my skills in planning, organization, and administrative support. I value clear communication, responsibility, and efficiency. I’m a Business Administrator with over 10 years of experience in operations, logistics, and administrative management. I spent most of my career at Avianca, one of Latin America's largest airlines, where I held various roles in hub control, operations, and intelligence coordination. My responsibilities included managing staff, planning flight schedules, optimizing resources, and improving operational processes through custom-built tools and data analysis.

In my most recent role, I managed operations at my family’s dairy farm. There, I developed an information tracking system, improved livestock management practices, and led a small team—applying my corporate experience to a rural business setting. This experience reinforced my ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and adapt to new challenges.

I’m proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with VBA, and have working knowledge of Power BI and SAP. I'm bilingual in Spanish and English and thrive in organized, process-driven environments.
