What I'm looking for

I want a hands-on role building and running production AI agents that real people depend on, with the evals, guardrails and logging that make them trustworthy. I do my best work owning a system end to end, from the first user conversation to the release. Fully remote, async-friendly teams. Open to full-time or long-term contract.

At Stephens AI, I build and run agents and automations that do real work. A searchable, staff-editable knowledge base for an optometry clinic is estimated to return 200 front-desk hours a year, and I adapted the same build for a dental practice.

I also automated the clinic’s vendor-invoice filing with Claude on AWS Bedrock under its HIPAA agreement, adding duplicate checks, human review before writes, and one-click undo. The app filed its first five real invoices correctly on the first run.

At iPhone Photography School, I built shared agent workflows that saved the team about 10 hours a week, and at KiwiOPIC I moved about 80% of manual curriculum work to AI. I stay involved after launch, improving systems from real-use feedback and documenting how people can operate them.
