At Klaviyo, I co-architected its first agentic automation framework, enabling AI agents to plan, launch, and optimize multi-tenant marketing workflows with Go, Temporal, and Redis.

I built the Workflow Brain service, which turns user goals into executable LLM-driven subplans and reduced manual campaign setup by 80%. I also introduced human-in-the-loop review, rollback-safe action runners, org-scoped RBAC, and isolated connector tokens.

Previously at Amazon, I built Java and Python services for Global Mile risk management, including real-time shipment tracking, risk detection, and a digital twin for testing routing disruptions. I also delivered React and TypeScript dashboards and reconciliation services across DynamoDB Global Tables and S3.

Across Brightcove and Conduent Legal and Compliance Solutions, I improved video ingestion, automated content migration, and built compliant eDiscovery and digital-mailroom workflows. I bring eight years of backend, distributed-systems, and AI platform work across SaaS, logistics, media, and legal domains.
