At Doctorandenkonvent, I planned and delivered a programme of 30+ events across the academic year, from conferences and seminars to workshops and social events. I managed an annual budget of approximately €100,000 and coordinated suppliers, faculty, attendees, and university administration.
At the European Pain Federation's EFIC 2022 Congress, I supported onsite logistics and pre-congress planning, and produced a report on EU funding opportunities for European pain research. I’ve also coordinated international research programmes and consortium activities at University of Galway and Heidelberg University Hospital, including timelines, deliverables, and compliance documentation.
