What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my startup, operations, financial-control, and audit experience to building scalable businesses, improving profitability, and solving complex operational and regulatory challenges.

I've built Munchane from a cloud-kitchen MVP launched with 1L capital into five online food brands across four assets and three cities. We surpassed 400,000 orders over six years and achieved 2.4Cr+ turnover in our third year.

I develop franchise, operational, and financial systems that make growth repeatable. I scaled capacity 7x, launched the Munchane app, converted 25% of third-party aggregator customers, and led 60+ employees through process and control systems.

I've also rebuilt the business after heavy losses during COVID, regaining 15% profitability in 1.5 years and reducing costs from 38% to 23%. Alongside Munchane, I support statutory audits, Ind AS compliance, SEBI and LODR requirements, and virtual CFO work.
