What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can own FP&A and controllership end-to-end, drive fundraising/deal execution, automate finance transformation, and build unit-economics-led growth with strong cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a Chartered Accountant and strategic finance leader with 9+ years of experience building and scaling finance functions across high-growth startups, PE-backed organizations, MSMEs, and top-tier audit firms. I currently serve as Head of Finance at a healthcare EdTech startup, owning FP&A, controllership, audit, taxation, treasury, pricing, and embedded finance end-to-end. I’ve also been a regular presenter to the Board of Directors.

At Aster Health Academy, I joined as founding leadership and helped deliver 3x YoY revenue growth for two consecutive years. I set up the finance team, processes, and controls from scratch; led budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling; and focused on unit economics (CAC, LTV) to drive decision-making. I built robust reporting (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow), introduced transparency tools, integrated CRM and accounting for real-time tracking, and strengthened internal controls and SOPs.

Before that, I managed accounts, finance, and fundraising at Alien(s) Group—securing ₹500+ Cr funding exposure and leading ₹330+ Cr debt restructuring. I structured complex deals (mergers, SPVs, debt/equity), handled compliance and audits (statutory, internal, transfer pricing), and managed tax representation and filings across GST and Income Tax. Earlier, I served as a Proprietor at my CA firm and as an Audit Manager & Article(s)hip, and I also co-founded a business solutions startup for MSMEs to ease bookkeeping, ROC, and compliance burdens.
