At Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado, I designed an event-driven Risk Assessment microservice for a pay-per-use FinTech billing platform serving 150+ active accounts. Built with AWS EventBridge and Lambda, it decoupled the service from legacy integrations.
I owned architectural decisions and code review as a Technical Leader, mentored junior and mid-level engineers, and helped resolve critical production incidents using New Relic. I also founded a company-wide Terraform study group.
At ThoughtWorks Brazil, I built an AWS Lambda integration for an unreliable third-party API and used a Datadog-monitored canary release to reach 100% of production traffic with zero migration-related errors. I also contributed to a React Native migration and worked on Java Spring Boot and React services.
My work spans backend and mobile development, production systems, and applied research. I'm currently a tutor at TripleTen and a graduate researcher at Federal University of São Carlos, where I work on semantic segmentation with Python and PyTorch and co-authored a paper published in IEEE JSTARS.
