What I'm looking for

I’m open to remote opportunities in industrial systems implementation, customer success, and consulting on processes and Industry 4.0.

At Plasfort, I manage production and operations for blown film extrusion and coextrusion, defining processes and procedures across the factory. I began in production planning and control (PCP) and now connect factory-floor operations with the systems that support them.

I led the implementation of OEE monitoring across all 25 factory machines, from requirements through deployment, with data collected directly from the machines and presented in dashboards. I also implemented remote monitoring and control of utilities, including water reservoirs, compressors, pumps, and electrical panels.

I integrated TOTVS Datasul with factory routines, developed low-code applications and SQL Server queries, and deployed an internal portal for production and maintenance data. I also built IIoT solutions with ESP32/ESP8266, MQTT, Modbus, and Node-RED dashboards. My work also covers industrial automation, maintenance, and IT infrastructure.
