In my previous role at Joint Law Office Goran Veljović, Merima Ibrahimović, Ivana Bilić Komparić, Vladimir Veljović i Alan Alagić, I advised corporate and individual clients on corporate, commercial and civil law matters.
I drafted and negotiated real estate sale and purchase agreements, business share transfer agreements and NDAs, and supported company incorporations and status changes, including demergers and share capital changes. I also represented clients before Croatian commercial and civil courts, including in a dispute over copyright ownership of software developed by an IT-sector company.
