At IBM, I support enterprise webMethods Managed File Transfer environments, handling deployments, configuration management, production support, and file-transfer operations.
I troubleshoot transfer and application incidents across environments by investigating logs, connectivity, authentication, configuration, and system dependencies. I've also built and maintained CI/CD pipelines for deployment and release workflows, including PR-triggered and API/curl-triggered runs.
I built a Watsonx-powered AI agent for MFT operations that analyzes failed transfers, correlates logs and status, identifies likely root causes, and can recommend or trigger remediation such as retries.
Beyond production DevOps work, I build AI products: OSS First Mate ranked Top 50 of 3,000+ submissions, MeritLens AI ranked Top 1,000 of 10,000+ builders, and Smriti helps on-call engineers recall incident root causes from past events.
