At Egyptian Global Logistics, I coordinate vessel calls across Alexandria, Dekheila, Damietta and Sokhna, from pre-arrival planning through departure. I prepare cargo manifests, loading and discharge lists, and BAPLIE stowage plans.
I coordinate berthing, pilotage and towage with terminals and port authorities, and prepare Statements of Fact. I also process delivery orders, issue and release bills of lading, and monitor detention and equipment releases.
Earlier, as a Customer Service Executive at Egyptian Global Logistics, I handled shipment-status and documentation inquiries and coordinated with operations and terminals to address complaints and delays. I’m pursuing an MBA in International Transport at AASTMT.
