What I'm looking for

I want to join immediately and grow within a specialized IP organization. I’m seeking work focused on patent docketing, IP management, and trademark processes—using strong legal research and documentation to support IP portfolios.

I’m a BA LLB (Hons.) graduate (Chandigarh University) with a strong foundation in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), legal research, and legal documentation, backed by certifications in IPR and academic writing. I’ve built my training around how legal work translates into clear drafting, compliance, and well-structured case support, and I’m available to join immediately.

I completed 6 internships across District Courts and the Punjab & Haryana High Court, gaining hands-on exposure to legal drafting, case management, and compliance. I conducted research on precedents, prepared case summaries for supervising advocates, and drafted case briefs and reviewed pleadings before the bench. I also shadowed proceedings across civil, criminal, and family court benches and supported pro-bono legal aid work through an NGO.

I’m keenly interested in patent docketing, IP management, and trademark processes, and I bring strong documentation discipline to support IP portfolios effectively. I use research tools like SCC Online, Manupatra, Indian Kanoon, and LexisNexis, and I’m motivated by opportunities within a specialized IP organization where legal research and documentation directly impact real outcomes.
