At Ericsson, I provide L3 production support for enterprise network monitoring, alarms, and incident management. I monitor infrastructure with OneFM, Zabbix, Netcool/Omnibus, Diatrix Monitoring Tool, and ITM Monitoring, and have resolved 500+ global issues.
I also develop Shell and Ansible automations to streamline operational tasks, and built Excel macro-based dashboards for OAT tracking and performance reporting. As an Ericsson intern, I automated backend processes with Shell Scripting and PL/SQL.
