I’m a Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention professional with 5+ years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, transaction monitoring, and customer risk assessment within regulated financial environments. I apply a Risk-Based Approach (RBA) to strengthen Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
In my role as a Fraud Prevention Representative at TTEC, I conducted transaction monitoring and CDD reviews to identify suspicious activities and AML/CFT risks. I performed EDD for high-risk customers, including Source of Funds and Source of Wealth verification, and executed sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.
