At FedEx Express Canada, I engineered and deployed CaseLog with Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint. It grew from a single pilot into a daily decision-making tool for 150+ users across 3 stations, reducing manual reporting time by 80%.
At EMKAO FOODS INC., I built a Dataverse-backed wholesale order management system that replaced email and spreadsheets, with Power Automate flows for order routing, quote generation, and low-stock alerts. I also developed a custom AI concierge and connected the Shopify storefront to the wholesale backend.
For my OpsPulse portfolio project, I built a Copilot Studio agent grounded in Dataverse incident data and extended it with a C# MCP server on Azure. The project also includes an Azure Functions API, Azure SQL integration, and Dev/Test/Prod deployments through Azure DevOps CI/CD.
Earlier, I built React interfaces and REST APIs for ECOMTENT (NOW AZOMA), and created a custom e-learning platform at MASTERINGIELTSEXAM.COM. I also mentored students in Data Structures and Algorithms in Java at Coding Ninjas.
