At Hexaware Technology Mihan Nagpur, I progressed from CSA to Quality associate and now work as TL and Senior Team lead Quality. I manage a team of 30 QA and take care of site performance, compliance, dashboards, and client calls.
As a Quality associate, I audited agent contacts and provided coaching and feedback as per SOP. I also arranged refreshers and training for CSAs, conducted briefings, prepared daily briefing documents, and performed weekly hygiene audits.
During my time at Hexaware technologies Bhopal, I trained staff and supported the transition to a new site through training and quality work. Earlier, at Uttam Galva Steel limited, I handled quality assurance, including sampling and testing materials and assigning grades against quality standards.
