I am a senior leader and seasoned consultant with over 19 years of experience helping companies use technology to work more effectively. Throughout my career at Accenture and Inovere, I have led large-scale teams to roll out major software systems and improve how businesses run across Petroleum, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods.

During an extensive tenure at Accenture, I served as the SAP Capability Lead—directing the firm’s SAP practice and managing relationships with C-suite stakeholders across Nigerian operations of several multinationals. I specialize in navigating high-stakes environments where successful technology integration depends on alignment with local organizational culture and corporate governance, whether I’m getting big projects done, evaluating and fixing troubled initiatives, or helping people change through PROSCI change management.
